Piano and Ukulele Lessons with Maree to resume
We are lucky enough to have Maree re-joining us to teach taster piano and ukulele lessons. If your child is interested please add them to our list by clicking below
Taster music lessons are being offered to all students who would like to give playing the piano or ukulele a go to see what it's all about.
The interested children will learn some basics on these instruments with the use of a book which they take out under the library system (+ sheets) to play some fun songs and learn to read music.
For ukulele, they will learn strumming and melodies and usually in a group lesson (15-20 minutes long).
The piano lessons are individual and the duration is around 10-15 minutes long.
At the moment these taster lessons are held once a week on a Wednesday afternoon in the school music room.
These lessons are a great opportunity for students who may not necessarily have the chance to learn music to give it a go
