Kia ora Parents, Caregivers, Whanau and Staff of Tai Tapu School,

I am pleased to advise you all that Pauline Jansen has been confirmed as acting Principal for Tai Tapu School for term 3 of 2019.

We are pleased to have secured Pauline for the role, we welcome and look forward to working with her.

By way of introduction Pauline comments;

I am very much looking forward to meeting you all in Term 3 and getting to know your children and the staff at Tai Tapu. Currently, I am the Deputy Principal and Acting Principal at Queenspark School. I live rurally in the Selwyn district with my husband and our 16-year-old daughter.  As a family, we enjoy the great outdoors together including tramping, skiing or simply relaxing at the beach. During the term break this July I am away leading a group of staff and students as part of 2019 the Global Youth Ambassador Project in Beijing, China.

During the term, we will be seeking to appoint a permanent Principal and will keep you informed as we progress.
