Since starting the online food court concept for schools 15 years ago, Lunchonline has facilitated over 3.3 million lunches.  We have been feeding hungry tummies so teachers could feed hungry minds. Our partnerships with food providers, schools, and families have been a privilege.

We are delighted to be passing the torch over to Kindo in 2026, and we're confident you'll continue to receive the same excellent online food court service through Ezlunch in the years to come.

Ezlunch is the Kindo school lunch service trusted by schools and families across New Zealand. Like Lunchonline, it makes online ordering fresh, delicious lunches simple. You’ll get reliable food delivery to your school and food options your child will love. By streamlining lunch orders, Ezlunch ensures families have a convenient, dependable way to keep their children well-fed and ready to learn.
 

What’s Happening

We’ve worked closely with the Ezlunch team to make this transition as easy as possible for you.

• Lunch ordering will continue as usual through Lunchonline, until the end of Term 4, on the agreed date for your school. 

• From Term 1, 2026, you’ll order all your favourite school lunches through Ezlunch.

• What You Can Look Forward To

  • A clean, mobile-friendly ordering experience on iPhone and Android App.

  • Fast, convenient payment options, including Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, Online Eftpos, POLi, Bank Transfer and more!

  • A full-service NZ-based Helpdesk available weekdays 8am-4pm so you’re not left wondering what’s going on with lunch or who to call.

  • The same food providers you know and love - delivered through Ezlunch.

  What You’ll Need To Do

  • If you have an active Lunchonline account on 23rd December, we will automatically create your Kindo account.

    • If you already have a Kindo account, you’re all set, and Kindo will email you on 12th January to confirm your balance has been transferred.

    • If you don’t have a login yet, Kindo will set up your account and email you on 12th January 2026 with details on how to access it and set your password.

  • Any account balance will automatically transfer to your new or existing Ezlunch account in Kindo.

  • If you’d prefer, you can close your Lunchonline account via the website, before 5pm on 19 December 2025, and we won’t create a Kindo account for you.

  • That’s it! You’re ready to go for Term 1!
