TAI TAPU 2025 SCHOOL FAIR – SAVE THE DATE!
The PTA is excited to share something we’ve been working on behind the scenes… The Tai Tapu 2025 School Fair!
Date: Sunday, 30th November 2025
Time: 10 AM – 3 PM
Location: Tai Tapu School Grounds
Entry: $5 adult donation, children under 15 FREE
This will be a fantastic day for the whole community, full of fun, food, shopping, and entertainment. Please save the date and spread the word!
HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED!
White Elephant Stall - need to declutter? We’ll happily take your second-hand household items, toys, books, clothes, and more (no broken items, sheets or mattresses, please). A drop-off point will be available once a month leading up to the fair.
Bake Sale Donations – We will be running our own cake and baking stall, and we’d love if every family could bake one or more items to donate. More details to come closer to the time!
Stallholders - if you or someone you know is a small business owner interested in showcasing your products or services at our school fair, we would love to hear from you. Please get in touch for more details on securing a stall taitapuschoolfair@gmail.com
Stallholder Costs:
3m x 3m Craft Stall – $40
3m x 4.5m Craft Stall – $60
6m x 6m Trade Stall – $100
Sponsorship Opportunities! – If you or your business would like to be a sponsor, we’d love to hear from you! Sponsorship helps us bring in amazing attractions and support the school. Email taitapuschoolfair@gmail.com to discuss opportunities.
Volunteers Needed! – We need help in the week leading up to the fair and on the day itself. If you can lend a hand, big or small, let us know!
