Cultural Opportunities

Kapa Haka

We are proud to have Kapa Haka groups for all our students: junior - (years 0-4) and senior (years 5-8). Students are given an opportunity to express Māori heritage and culture, learning traditional and contemporary waiata and haka. We also have a performance Kapa Haka group that performs at a variety of events. Our students are led by Steve Hira.

Rangatira - Student Leaders

Tai Tapu School provides a range of opportunities for ākonga (students) to develop leadership skills. Akonga lead the way through action.
