We have had a full on week of sport this week and it is continuing into next week.

Our Year 1-6 touch teams were out on Monday and had some really good games at Otautau.  Well done to all the teams.

Our Year 6-8 Basketball teams had an amazing training session with Di and the team at Southland Basketball on Tuesday and the boys really turned around a massive loss from the week before to a great win.  Our girls team were part of the training and they have their first game on Tuesday so we are looking forward to hearing and seeing great things from them.

Six of our students are off to Stewart Island on Monday to compete in the Great Southern Race Triathlon.  We wish them all the best with this event.

Eight of our students have qualified to compete at Southland Athletics next Saturday.  Unfortunately one is unable to compete.  They have qualified in many different disciplines and we look forward to seeing their results.

Again thank you to everyone who helped out with events and the canteen at Western Athletics on Wednesday.  It was a fabulous day.
