My name is Karen Crosbie and it has been really nice to come home from the Far North. We have had an awesome few days in Tui getting to know each other.

We have been busy settling in and today we were learning about the early settlers who came to NZ in the 1700's. We had 3 groups enacting the roles of the Whalers and Sealers, the Missionaries and the Timber and Flax harvesters. The conversations were so rich and full of problem solving. I am really looking forward to the rest of the year.
