Daffodil Day

T C —

On Wednesday 24th August, the Student Council organised a yellow mufti day to raise money and awareness for the NZ Cancer Society.

It was awesome to see so many students all dressed up in beautiful bright yellow! The council also sold daffodils and yellow balloons, which were a massive hit with over 100 orders.

Thanks to everyone who got involved dressing up or buying gifts for friends, we as a school raised over $200 for the cancer society! This money will go towards providing a wide range of support services, education and awareness programmes, as well as funding vital research into the causes and treatment of all types of cancer.

Thanks again to everyone who got behind this great cause and a massive thanks to the student council for making this possible!
