During October Danica Bell and Tangiariki Wanikau had much success at the annual Turangi Sports Awards in amongst 30 other nominees. Danica received ‘Dedication to Club’ for karate and was part of a three member karate team who won ‘Team of the Year’. Tangiariki received awards for  ‘Dedication to Club’ for swim club, ‘Fairplay Individual’, ‘Junior Sportsperson’ for karate and was part of Danica’s team who won ‘Team of the Year’.  Well done girls!!
