The language students gave it all in the annual Education Perfect Languages Championships, showing real commitment and courage. Despite the late start on the fourth day of the competition, Tauhara College was placed 7th in Japanese and 8th in Māori within the NZ schools and 2nd in both Māori and Japanese in the 100 – 250 students category in NZ.

All award recipients celebrated their achievements at the Languages Excellence Lunch.
