Tauhara College was fortunate to host the White Ribbon Riders in conjunction with our ongoing Loves-Me-Not partnership with Taupo Violence Prevention and the local Police. Approximately 20 riders from around NZ came in to speak to our Year 9 and 10 students about preventing family violence and how that extends into our schools. The group arrived in spectacular fashion on their bikes and the organiser, Aaron, was a highly engaging speaker. We look forward to hosting them again next year!
