BIG Music Day is back! After missing two years due to Covid19, Taupo's largest single day of school music took place last Thursday in the GLC. 

Students were there representing all local schools and every instrument under the sun had its time in the spotlight. The focus of the day is to rehearse new pieces as a full group with a performance for friends and whanau in the late afternoon. 

This year the group was directed by Taupo local Winsome Wensley, and Auckland's composer/arranger/conductor extrordonaire Ryan Youens. 

A great day of music was had by all, and we're looking forward to taking part again next year!
