Refunds and Payments

Junior Activities Refunds

We have received queries from a few parents around refunds for Junior Activities and whether the refunds email address is actually working, so to be safe, please email our Finance Officer at refunds@tauhara.school.nz with:- Student Name- Activity to be refunded- Bank account number and name they would like the refund paid to.

Please note that this needs to be done by Parents/Caregivers, not students. Please allow some time for this process to happen. Anyone who doesn't claim their refund, the money will stay on your student account to be used for activities etc in 2021.

Thank you to our many student families for your contributions and donations. We appreciate your support as it makes a significant difference towards providing educational opportunities for our students.

To see your account balance at anytime, please use our parent portal by going to the following new Kamar Link using your specific Username and Password (These are available from the school office). 

Besides seeing a detailed breakdown of your students financial transactions you can also access notices, academic and attendance data specific to your child.

Our preferred method of receiving payment is by direct credit. During term-time we also happily accept payment by EFTPOS, or CREDIT CARD at the school office. We prefer not to handle cash or cheques.

Our ASB BANK ACCOUNT is - Tauhara College BOT 12-3162-0099860-00.   Please quote Student Code and Name, and the Fee/Donation being paid.
