Earlier this term, Year 10 student exhibited his art work at the Waimarino Art Awards in Raetihi.
Although he didn't win an award (the competition was tough in his category of 14 to 18yrs) it was a good experience for him to see what it's like to have his work in a public exhibition. And it is encouraging to acknowledge the efforts of young Creative Artists.
