On Wednesday, our Kaiako from Tauhara Primary attended a afternoon of valuable learning with Ngati Rongomai in Korohe.  Ngati Rongomai shared  Pūrakau of  Kuia Haehaeora, the true embodiment of Manaakitanga, Whanaungatanga and Rangatiratanga.

Kaiako were humbled and inspired by the authentic presentation of this Tāonga tuku iho delivered by the great grandson of Kui Haehaeora. This invaluable Mātauranga will be delivered to our students next term as part of our localised curriculum.
