Our school's rugby league teams got a massive boost recently when former NRL pro Blake Ayshford dropped by to prep us for the Taupo Rugby League Tournament. It was an epic day filled with new skills, laughs, and loads of inspiration!

Blake led us through some killer drills—tackling, passing, you name it. But it wasn't all sweat and hard work; we had a blast hanging out with him and trying out his pro tips.

Having a pro like Blake was a great experience for our tamariki! He was great with the kids and so patient - you can tell he loves the game. His encouragement gave us all a boost of confidence ready to show off our new skills at the tournament. 

We finished off the session getting signatures! 

We hope to have Blake back in the future!
