EPro8 stands for Engineering, Problem solve, Innovate.

This week at Tauhara Primary School, the senior students in Rooms 1, 2, 9 and 10 had an incredible opportunity to engage in hands-on learning and showcase their engineering skills.  Utilising kits filled with pulleys, gears, steel rods, ropes etc,  students built a variety of creations, focussing on their problem-solving abilities and team work skills. 

Throughout the week, students practiced with these kits, preparing for their classroom challenges.  A selection of children who did well in their classroom challenges got to compete in todays, Friday, May 24th, internal school challenge.

The top performers from today's internal challenge will represent our school at the interschool EPro8 challenge which will be hosted at Taupo Intermediate on 7th June.  Next week, the children will find out who got selected.
