Kia ora e te whānau, My name is Selina, also known as 'Taonga's Mum'. I work as an Accountant at a local Māori business, providing services to multiple Māori Trusts in Tūwharetoa. I have been on the School Board for two years, and the Board Chairperson for Tauhara Primary since December 2021. During this time we have dealt with covid-19 strains while supporting the teachers to deliver quality learning for our tamaiti. Both of my children have attended Tauhara, a school which encompasses the values of 'AROHA' which are an integral part of the learning process for tamariki. I would like to serve one more term for Tauhara as my son is year 4, and look forward to watching our tamaiti learn and flourish
