Junior Classes See NZ Opera

Laughter and excitement filled the air at Tauhara Primary School as the junior students were treated to a special performance by NZ Opera. The talented performers brought The Elixir of Love to life with a modernised twist, captivating the young audience with humour, music, and engaging storytelling.

From the moment the tamariki sat down, they were drawn into the world of opera, experiencing its magic in a way that felt fresh and relatable. The production was filled with comical moments, keeping the children entertained and involved throughout the show. Whether it was the exaggerated expressions, witty dialogue, or playful interactions, the performers ensured that every student remained engaged from start to finish.

A highlight of the show was an impromptu performance by Whaea Kylie, who took on the role of the minister.
