I often find myself reflecting on the incredible privilege of working in education, and can't help but feel that I have one of the greatest vocations in the world.

The first few weeks have been focused on gathering data that helps us to determine what needs to be taught.

Our learning programme is well underway, with assessments completed and formal learning programmes happening daily.
