TBC Clay Target had another strong presence in the inter-school shooting championship on Thursday 14th September at TECT Park, leading into North Island Champs and Nationals.

Being the host, the team was under immense pressure to do well, especially in front of the home crowd and the club members whom the boys usually shoot alongside during weekends and other competitions.

Without doubt, we have a very talented Billy Eynon who is one of the top shooters around the country. He didn't disappoint us and took out the top senior shooter medal and a few other goodies. But wait we were not done as all the other Senior A team shooters were tailing Billy and as a result with the highest score, the Senior A team took out the top overall teams award.

The shooters in the A Team are: Billy Eynon, Oliver Norwood, Daniel Callingham, Kayden Brunt and River Eagle.

An awesome achievement by the Senior A team and we look forward to seeing them at the North Islands and Nationals next weekend.

Finally, an awesome shoot by two of our Junior boys Austin Carter and Leo Murphy. They are our upcoming rising stars and we look forward to their build-up in the near future.
