Māori Achievement

TBC —

  • Congratulations to Maddox Newman (Yr 11) who recently completed work experience on a film set in Auckland with South Pacific productions.  He gained experience in being an assistant to the director, camera operations and working in hair and make up.  
  • Whakapiki Ake Te Whe - Year 10 Health Careers Workshop.  Last week three Year 10 students Rawiri Jenner, Shelford Ririnui-Pikimaui and Elias Kereama attended a careers day for ākonga Māori run by Auckland University at St. John's Ambulance headquarters. The boys enjoyed learning about careers in health, as well as gaining practical insight to situations that doctors and paramedics might encounter.
