Summer Tournament Week 2024

The NISS follows closely on the heels of the Waikato/BOP Champs. The NISS is run along with the global phenomenon of Crankworx and takes place at Rotorua's Whakarewarewa Forest (Redwood Forest). 

This event saw Tauranga Boys' College having many Top 10 finishes and also gaining podium finishes with Dylan Beca gaining 1st place for the U15 Enduro and 2nd place for the U15 Downhill events. Harry Kneebone also competed well with a 3rd place in the U20 Enduro. Harry then joined the U20 XC Relay team along with Thomas Winter and Dylan Rawson which secured a 2nd place finish. Thomas then went on to gain a 3rd place in the U20 XC race. 

Overall TBC produced some good results from the latest events. Harry has also been given the opportunity to travel and compete in mountain biking events over the next few months in Europe and we wish him all the best for these events. Other notable results are below:
