Jump Jam Regionals
On Saturday the 9th of November Tauriko School had three teams compete at the North Island Regional Jump Jam competition.
All three teams have put in a lot of time and energy over the past three terms. They have had many before school, lunchtime and weekend practices, often having multiple practices in one week.
There were hundreds of teams across New Zealand who submitted entries for the Regional Competitions and only the best of the best were successful in making it to the next stage. We are very proud of how these teams performed even when they were up against some extremely tough competition.
A huge congratulations must go to our Tauriko Dancing Queens who placed third in their category (Year 4 - 6 Advanced), which also placed them 5th in the whole of New Zealand.
