Our Head Students, Charlotte and Taylor were invited to support the official opening of The Crossing on Thursday the 4th of April.

What an awesome opportunity for our school to be involved in history in the making. Charlotte and Taylor looked very smart in their Tauriko colours as they (and a few other students from 2 local schools) pulled at the red ribbon to officially open The Crossing.

Charlotte: I felt really proud to be representing our school when we opened the new shopping centre by pulling the red ribbon down. When I am older I will remember this special moment.

Taylor: I felt nervous when we were waiting because we were in front of lots of people. Everyone flooded in after we pulled off the ribbon. The gift bags were cool.
