On Monday, 11th of March the Senior School gathered in the PAC to hear the School Council speeches, and to vote in the representatives for the council for 2019.

Each year there is an opportunity for four Tall Poppies to join the Head Students in forming the School Council. Interested students put in applications which were then followed up with one minute speeches in front of the year 6-8 students.

An amazing group of thirteen Tall Poppy students stood up and shared why they felt they would make a great School Council member. They were:

After the speeches, all Years 6-8 students voted. The successful applicants to form the School Council for 2019 were:

Emily Verstappen, Laura James, Zoe Davy and Ella Wilford
