Netball

In Week 5, Netball Waikato / Bay of Plenty came into school and helped children enhance their Netball knowledge and skills. We received wonderful feedback from teachers and students, as well as those parents who attended the Coaching Awareness Session. A huge thank you to Jolene Nelson who organised this opportunity. We are hoping to see more girls and boys sign up for Netball this year. We also have new uniforms on the way!

Small Sticks

In Week 6, Tauranga Hockey Association returned to Tauriko to run the Small Sticks Programme. It has been another successful year, with children continuing to develop and refine their Hockey skills. Over the next 3 weeks, teachers will be continuing the programme with their students. Another big thank you goes to Natalie van Dijk and Room 12 who ensure all the gear is organised and ready for classes to enjoy!
