On Friday the 16th of June 24 Year 4 - 6 students went off to Gate Pa School to compete in the West Cluster Cross Country.

They ran against a tough field of competitors from Greenpark School, Gate Pa, ACG, Kaimai, Oropi, Pyes Pa, Greerton Village and Merivale. It was great to see the commitment and determination our students had and they certainly did Tauriko School proud.

Congratulations to Camryn Guthrie, Caleb Litolff and Casey Beach who qualified to compete at the WBOP Cross Country at Waipuna Park on Wednesday 20th of June. It was a tough field of competitors and was a great experience for our young runners. Caleb came in at 11th place and qualified to compete at the BOP Cross Country.

Caleb Litolff placed 12th in the BOP Cross Country champs in Rotorua on Thursday 28th June. Congratulations Caleb what an amazing result. We are very proud of you.
