As of Monday the tickets are on sale for the annual Tauriko School quiz night!

The Tauriko School Quiz night is a fun adults event that is held annually. Tickets for this years event are on sale from the 6th May. There are great prizes up for grabs, a fun 80's  theme and we can guarantee a great atmosphere - so we just need you to help make it a great night!  

When: Saturday 15th June, doors open at 7pm with a 7.30pm start.

Where: Tauriko Settlers Hall, next door to school.

Theme: 80's – dress up encouraged (but not compulsory)

Cost: $25 per ticket, which includes supper and your first drink free! 

Funds raised towards: building a confidence course for the students of Tauriko School!  

Tickets are now on sale from the school office, can be purchased via kindo or can be reserved by emailing pta@tauriko.school.nz

So, if this sounds like you, get together your team (teams of 8), book those babysitters and get those thinking caps on for your costume. If you would prefer to not come with a team, no worries – we have tables for couples and individuals to get together and make up teams on the night.

Cross Country - lunch orders

As per previous years, the PTA will hold a sausage sizzle at lunchtime at school on Tuesday 21st May following Cross Country. 

Keep an eye out for the Cross Country day notice coming your way for the attached order form.  

ANZ Olympic Schools 

Tauriko School is registered with the ANZ  Olympic School Programmes. If your family members or friends are looking to take out a home loan, or increase their current home loan by over $50,000, speak with your local ANZ branch. If you draw down your home loan with ANZ and nominate Tauriko School we will receive 800 credits, equal to $400 in spending power at the ANZ Awards Centre, to spend on items like sporting equipment or computers.   There are lots of new builds going on in the area, so if you are building or looking for a new home, please do keep this mind.
