Tawa College uses the SchoolDocs web based platform for the management of our school policies.

SchoolDocs manages our policies online in a way that allows us to maintain, review and update them regularly. It ensures that our policies are up to date, that we are following Ministry of Education best-practice guidelines, and that we are meeting our reporting requirements. Each term we review a number of policies. Policies can be reviewed by the whole school community including students, staff, board and whānau.

In Term 2, 2024 we are reviewing a number of policies including:

• Safety Checking
• Police Vetting
• Timetable

To provide feedback or to review any policy please go to the Current Review tab on our SchoolDocs site, select the policy that you would like to review and click on the Start your Review button.

We remind anyone providing review feedback not to enter other people's personal information in the review tool.  When you submit feedback during a scheduled review using the "Start your Review" button in SchoolDocs, administrators of the policy platform at the college will be able to see your feedback.  It is important not to enter personal information (e.g. other people's names and/or details about particular situations) in the review tool.
