The Tawa Schools and Community Musical Festival is back!

The last time this event took place was 2018 and it is back this year, musically directed by Murray Cameron.  630 students from all of the Tawa Schools are participating.  Our own Dawn Chorus are rehearsing on Friday mornings, the adult choir on Sunday afternoons and the primary and intermediate students are walking to college for their rehearsal every Wednesday afternoon this term.  This year’s show features locally written music and songs from The Doobie Brothers, Coldplay, DD Smash, Miley Cyrus, Disney and many more.  

Tawa Goes To Town is happening at the Michael Fowler Centre on September 23rd. Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster from mid August.
