Japan Trip - Term 1 Holiday Break

Over the Term 1 holiday, we were hosted by our sister school Hannan High, Ōsaka, Japan. After a five year absence of the exchange, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. We were able to reconnect and deepen our friendship with the school by being part of the school community with students being billeted by host families connected to the school. Over our stay, we experienced a variety of cultural activities like kendō-sword demonstrations, shodō-calligraphy, and yukata-dress wearing. We were all humbled and moved by their generosity and hospitality. We look forward to hosting them in return in Term 3.
