There is still time for students to sign up for the reading challenge.

There are 12 categories to select a book from i.e. a classic, a mystery or crime, or a book that’s just been returned etc.  Just 12 books to read this year by Friday 29th November 2024.

The 12 categories are on display in the library and book lists are available on the Library Webapp.  We have prizes to keep you motivated throughout the year:

• Read two books and choose a Wellington Zoo bookmark
• Read six books and choose a Journal
• Read eight books by Friday16th August and go into the prize drawer for two chances to win two movie tickets and a large popcorn combo.

All participants who complete the challenge by 29th November 2024 will be awarded a certificate and a blazer lapel pin.

Plus, two vouchers from Tawa Books and Post will be drawn at the Principals assemblies every month!
