This term we are giving whānau and tamariki the opportunity to come and meet with your teacher for 2023. We see home and school as an important link in your tamariki’s education and the meeting will assist the classroom teacher in learning more about your child.

The purpose of the ‘Making Connections’ meeting is to help the teacher understand the “Big Picture” about your tamariki. This will give the classroom teacher more knowledge to be able to work effectively in partnership with you to ensure the best possible outcomes for this year.

The Making Connections Meetings will be held in your tamariki’s classroom.

The meetings are 10 minutes long and will run from 3.20 pm to 5.50 pm on:

• Tuesday 14th February
• Wednesday 15th February

Bookings are now open until Friday 10th February at 2 pm.

After this, any appointments or changes required must be made through the school office.

Please go to the www.schoolinterviews.co.nz and enter our school code qt4p2.

Click GO, enter your name, email address, the number of tamariki you are booking for, and the tamariki’s names then press GO.

Follow the instructions on the screen from there.

If you do not have access to a computer, please see the school office staff and they will help make your booking.

Please note due to small numbers Rooms 3, 4,5, and 6 will only be offering Tuesday times.

If you can not make these times please feel free to email your classroom teacher.
