This wonderful bunch of year 8 students completed their Peer Mediator training, held at West Rolleston School last week.

Our Peer Mediators learnt about conflicts, their causes, positive listening, conflict resolution, "I" statements, and the Peer Mediator process that they go through with the junior students when needed. The Peer Mediator's role is to support the junior students in resolving their issues during break times. This fantastic group of students are ready to begin their roles, starting next week! Rata and Totara students - look out for the pink vests!
