Last Friday, nearly 100 tamariki from Years 5 - 8 competed in our kura swimming sports at the Selwyn Aquatic Centre. It was awesome to see the talent in the pool (you have value), the encouragement from the stands (we succeed together), and the big parent contingency on the sideline (others matter).

Many thanks to our year 7/8’s that helped officiate, Mrs. Magenta Tucker for the many tips she passed on to our swimmers and our staff (Mr. Aitchison, Mrs. Bambry, Ms. Heaphy, Ms. Stuckey and Mrs. Thompson)
and a huge thank you to our sports co-ordinator, Mrs Bolton.And another big high five to our swimming tamariki… you are awesome!
