Dear BBs Families,As the end of the school year fast approaches, it’s time to consider how you will juggle all those Christmas events, Christmas shopping, work and any other commitments you may have over the coming weeks! Busy Bumbles can assist with our wonderful Christmas Holiday Programme, providing lots of fun and festive activities for children of all ages to enjoy.Our Christmas Holiday Programme, which runs between school-end and Friday 22nd December, does not have a specific schedule, instead the various supervisors arrange a variety of exciting Christmas activities and games, depending on the skills and interests of the children attending.We will be running our Christmas Holiday Programme at various venues. Children are welcome to attend any of our Holiday Programme venues so you can decide what suits your situation best and book accordingly. The Christmas Holiday Programmes at our various venues can be viewed and booked here:https://enrolmy.com/busy-bumbles#/name/%25christmas%25Please be aware that numbers will be limited so please book now to avoid disappointment.Please note that our Holiday Programmes will now be handled within the Busy Bumbles Enrolmy portal. Previously we have used a dedicated Busy Bumbles Holidays portal for holiday programmes however now all our programmes are in the general Busy Bumbles portal. If you are a recent customer who has only booked holiday care, you might find you need to complete some additional details within the Busy Bumbles portal for you and your family upon making your booking.Payment in advance is required to secure a place in our Holiday Programmes, as per the due date shown on the invoice that will be emailed to you at the time of booking. Payment for bookings made prior to the start of the Christmas Holiday Programme will be due on Thursday 14th December. For any bookings made after Thursday 14th December, payment is required at the time of booking.Bookings may be cancelled if payment is not received by the due date shown on the invoice.Further information can be found within the attached Payment Info and FAQs document.When making your holiday programme booking, please take the time to review and confirm your details within the Safety Form.
