Book Week 2023

This year we are going to be holding our Book Week in Term 2 Week 5 (22nd-26th May). The theme this year is “Bookaneer”.
We will be holding a Book Fair in Room 1 during the week as well as a book character
dress-up day and Whanau Day.
Please add the following dates to your calendar.
Book Fair Open Hours
Monday 22nd May - Wednesday 24th May 8.30 am - 4.30 pm
Thursday 25th May 8.30 am - 7.00 pm
Friday 26th May 8:30 am – 12.00 pm
Eftpos and cash sales will be available
Book Character Dress Up
Thursday 25th May
There will be prizes for best dressed.
Rolleston Costume and Event Hire are offering half-price costume hire. Costumes must be collected the day before our book character dress-up day and returned after school the following day.
Whanau Day
Whanau (adults you and your child identify as whanau e.g. parents, caregivers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.) are invited to visit our book fair with your child/ren and enjoy the books available throughout Thursday 25th May. You are invited to collect the child/ren from class and attend the book fair together.
