Nearest & Dearest Day next week!
We hope to see plenty of you at our Nearest & Dearest Day next Friday, 15th March, from 10am – 12pm.
Students are invited to bring up to four special people in their life - this might be grandparents, an aunty, an uncle, a parent or a family friend.
Our students will share some of their learning with them and also give them an idea of some of the things they do in learning communities. The day will begin in the Gym with a short assembly, followed by a light morning tea, then an opportunity for students to show their guests around their Learning Communities and the school.
Our nearest and dearest are welcome to take students home early on that day if they wish, as we know some of them will have travelled from afar, and they may want to spend further time with our students. We ask that people sign students out from the office please.
Our Scholastic Book Fair will also be happening on this day and students can visit the fair with their Nearest & Dearest.
