At our most recent board meeting Sally Grylls-Thomas (Deputy Principal) presented an analysis of the 2020 end of year achievement results in the core areas of reading, writing and maths. Like most NZ schools, COVID-19 undoubtedly had an impact.

On The Radar
As a decile 10 school unfortunately our Govt. funding targeted for learning support is very minimal (only $17,000 for our roll of close to 400 learners). Fortunately we are very resourceful and creative and are funding learning support of well in excess of $200,000 (specific support focused on meeting the needs of ALL learners e.g. smaller class sizes, curriculum resources/equipment plus also targeted supports for students learning English or with learning, behaviour, social/emotional or health needs)
