We are required to report the reason for all student absences to the Ministry of Education.

It is vital that you notify us when your child will be absent and there are a few different ways you can do this:

2. Phone - 07 595 0595 (option 1) & leave a message

3. Email - absences@teaomarama.school.nz

Did you know you can send absentee notifications quickly & easily to us through the Hero app? This is the simplest & fastest way to let us know when your child will be absent from school as it is linked directly to their attendance records. 

It is really important that you notify us if you child will be away from school and saves us a lot of time following up.
