Last term we surveyed our staff here at Te Ao Mārama, and I am delighted to share the results of that survey with our parent community.

Why share this? 

Our team at Te Ao Mārama work hard to provide a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for your children, and we are fortunate to have such passionate, hardworking and fun people! We think it is nice for you to see that they love working here. 

This survey was was completed by all 43 staff, including some that had only been recently appointed.

The Board of Trustees strives to be an “employer of choice”, and the measurement of Staff Culture is a vital part of ensuring the continued success of our school, and that we continue to attract and retain great people.
