Hi everyone, my name is Lydia and I'm a Powerhoop fitness instructor.
A Powerhoop is a weighted hula hoop and it's such an effective and fun way to move your body. Exercising with a Powerhoop will help flatten your tummy, slim your waist, strengthen your back, increase your core stability and tone your glutes, hips and thighs. Did you know that exercising with a weighted hula hoop is the Fitness Trend for 2022!
We have an amazing community of hoopers, and our classes are suited to everyone - no matter your age or fitness level.We have a Monday evening class at your wonderful school, plus more classes in other locations.In a class, hooping is approximately a third of the class and the rest of the class we use the hoop for muscle strength work and a bit of cardio thrown in.
