Kia ora, my name is Sean Williams.

I live in Flagstaff with my wife Katie and our two kids Brieanna and Finn, both of whom attend Te Ao Marama. We recently moved into the area from another part of Hamilton. Our family feels incredibly privileged to be a part of this neighborhood and school community.

During the day I work as a Partner Manager and serve in the Leadership team for SkyPoint Technologies - a Hamilton-based IT service provider. My professional background includes a mix of technical, sales, service delivery, retail, hospitality and management roles. I have experience working with people from many different walks of life. My educational background includes graduating with a Bachelor of Electronic Commerce from the University of Waikato.

In my spare time I enjoy being with my family, exercising, cooking and playing guitar. Whenever possible I'm also keen to give some time to community projects including the Big Brother, Big Sister program and the Hospice Waikato outdoor cleanup project with the Te Ao Mārama team.

I am hard working, organised, outgoing, confident and am a life-long learner.

Through my work in the commercial sector and technology industry I see rapid change happening in the workforce and feel passionate about ensuring all of our children are best prepared for the world they are entering into.

If elected to the board I will offer my unique perspectives and work closely with the other board members to ensure that the vision of the school continues to be turned into reality.

I would consider it an honour and privilege to serve on the board of trustees.
