This term we surveyed our staff here at Te Ao Mārama, and I am delighted to share the results of that survey with our parent community.

Why share this? Our team at Te Ao Mārama work hard to provide a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for your children, and we are fortunate to have such passionate, hardworking and fun people! 

I think it is nice for you to see that they love working here. If we work together to support them, then they in turn will be able to support your children even more.

This survey was conducted in early June 2020, shortly after the school reopened. It was completed by all 34 staff, including some that had only recently been appointed.

The Board of Trustees strives to be an “employer of choice”, and the measurement of Staff Culture is a vital part of ensuring the continued success of the school.

I feel truly privileged to be working with such a hardworking, passionate and fun team!
