This survey was conducted in early June 2019, 15 weeks after the school opened. It was completed by 20 staff, including some that had only recently been appointed.

The Board of Trustees strives to be an “employer of choice”, and the measurement of Staff Culture is a vital part of ensuring the continued success of the school.
