You’ll be aware that we are currently managing a number of Covid positive cases in our school community. We currently have a large number of students identified as close contacts, isolating, and getting tests.

It’s fair to say that it has been a hectic few days! While we have planned for this to take place, like you we would prefer it not to be us.

Unfortunately I suspect the next few weeks will bring more challenges and I thank you for your continued understanding and support. The messages of support have been really appreciated.

I know many of you have queries. While clearly not the “health experts”, we also know that the Ministry of Health will increasingly struggle to provide information to our families. Please see information within this newsletter where we attempt to provide some clarity. We will update this regularly as we receive new guidance.

It’s tough times like this that we need to pull together as a community, and our team here at school are totally committed to supporting our families.
