Hui-ā-whānau (Parent-Teacher Information Meetings)
On Tuesday 11th February, our kaiako (teachers) invite you to attend one of our parent information sessions.
The purpose of the sessions are to give all whānau /caregivers the opportunity to:
get to know your child’s team of teachers
hear more about your child’s classroom programme and how it operates
provide an opportunity for teachers to outline expectations for the 2025 year
an opportunity to meet other parents and to find out how you can all support and help build a valuable partnership with your child’s teachers this year
These sessions will be held in your child’s classroom. You can opt to choose any of the times below (no bookings required).
Students don’t necessarily need to attend, however you are welcome to bring them if you need to. They will be able to do a quiet activity in class, or play in the playground.
Information sessions will be held at:
4.30 - 5.00pm
5.05 - 5.35pm
5.40 - 6.10pm
These are group sessions, and so if you would like to meet individually with our teachers, please email them separately to do this (all our email formats are: firstname@teaomarama.school.nz).
We hope that you are able to attend as it will be a great chance to find out a bit more about the school and connect with the class teachers.
