This newsletter contains a number of highlights that I would like to draw your attention to.

Last week all of our classes visited Hukanui Marae. This is always a highlight of the year, and we are so fortunate to have such a strong relationship with the marae and Ngāti Wairere.

We are currently offering a limited number of out-of-zone spaces for new entrant students.

This term we have noticed a lot of students arriving after our morning has started at 8.40am, and we would really like some parental support here please.

During Week 4 of this term, students had the opportunity to participate in numerous different road safety activities.

We have noticed an increasing number of students arriving very early to school in the morning and staying late. Just a reminder that we do not expect to see any students prior to 8am, or after 2.40pm.

A reminder that school donations paid before 31 March can be included in your tax return this year.

We are pleased to welcome the latest member of our team, Yucong Li.

We are lucky to have access to a Counsellor in training, Kelly Jenkins.

One of our wonderful Kererū Rua students, Kaarthik, has decided to support Leukaemia & Blood Cancer NZ by fundraising & shaving his head.

Next year, we are once again hosting many students from overseas for short stays as International Students.

Winter Football registrations are now open online.

We offer Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Acro, Tap & Musical Theatre from 5 years up, and DFX Dance Pre School Classes for 2.5-4 year olds.
