Stage 2 Building Expansion

We're pleased to be able to share an update around our Stage 2 Expansion, with the preliminary design phase almost completed.
Our new build will include:
- 14 additional classrooms to cater for our ongoing growth (our current blocks are the equivalent of 12 classrooms)
- A dedicated English language learning space
- Additional playgrounds, sunshades, gardens and outdoor learning areas
- Additional bike sheds
We have also been working closely with the Hamilton City Council around the design of the neighbouring reserve, and there will be additional carparks handy to our school.
We are grateful that the Ministry of Education and Private Partnership have been proactive in beginning this project well before we become overcrowded.
In terms of timeframes, these are still to be confirmed, with final planning, tenders, consents to be completed this year, and hopefully construction to begin within the next 12 months.
